No. Home collection is free on every booking, with no minimum order and no doorstep fee. You pay the price listed against each test or package and nothing else — the amount you see when you book is the amount you pay.
The 10% is for bookings paid in advance. Choose “pay now” at the booking form and you'll see the discounted amount before you pay — no code to remember and no minimum spend. Choose to pay after collection instead and it's the full listed price, which is the trade: the discount is what we give up for being paid upfront. A LabPass is issued only on advance payment, because it's your proof of payment at the lab counter — which is also why lab visits must be booked and paid for in advance.
It depends on the test. Every test on our tests page shows its fasting requirement — panels like lipid profile or fasting blood sugar usually need 8–12 hours. We'll also confirm it when your slot is booked.
Most routine reports are delivered digitally the same day or within 24 hours. Specialised panels can take 24–48 hours. The expected turnaround for each test is listed on the tests page, and we confirm it when the sample is collected.
Submit the booking form and you'll be shown our UPI ID along with your booking reference. Pay from any UPI app, and our team confirms it — usually within working hours. Confirming the payment is what releases your slot and issues your LabPass.
Yes — that's a large part of what we do. Mention it in the booking notes so we can allocate a phlebotomist experienced with difficult draws and allow extra time for the visit.
