New demand, not cannibalised
Home-collection customers who would not otherwise have walked into your centre, plus LabPass holders choosing you over a competitor.
We bring you home-collection bookings and walk-in patients holding a LabPass. You run the tests. No platform fee to join, no exclusivity, and no minimum volume — whether you process twenty samples a day or two thousand.
Labpass handles demand and logistics. You do what you already do well.
Home-collection customers who would not otherwise have walked into your centre, plus LabPass holders choosing you over a competitor.
Agreed rates per test, reconciled against the samples you actually processed, and settled on a fixed weekly cycle.
Our phlebotomists draw, barcode and transport the sample under cold chain. It reaches you ready to process.
Keep every existing tie-up, aggregator and walk-in stream. Labpass sits alongside them, not in place of them.
A single-centre pathology lab and a multi-city chain join on the same terms. Capacity matters, scale does not.
Reports go out under your letterhead and your signatory. Labpass handles the booking, not your clinical output.
Send your details. The form below takes about a minute. We only need enough to know who you are and where you operate.
We call you back. A short conversation about your test menu, capacity and turnaround commitments.
Rates agreed in writing. A per-test rate card and settlement cycle, documented before anything goes live.
You go live. Bookings in your area start routing to you, and LabPass holders can present their code at your counter.
No commitment at this stage — this just starts the conversation.
There is no joining fee and no monthly platform charge. Commercials are built into the per-test rate card we agree with you before you go live, so you always know what you receive per sample.
This is agreed lab by lab during onboarding and written into your rate card — it is not something we apply unilaterally. Raise it in the first call so the numbers are clear from the start.
No. Keep every other aggregator, hospital tie-up and walk-in stream you already have. There is no lock-in and you can stop taking Labpass volume whenever you want.
No — every lab can join. Single-centre labs are a large part of the network. What matters is that you can meet the turnaround times you commit to and hold the registrations required in your state.
Yours. Reports are issued under your lab's letterhead and your signatory, exactly as they are today. Labpass handles the booking, collection and customer communication around it.
