We call you back. A short conversation about your test menu, capacity and turnaround commitments.

Rates agreed in writing. A per-test rate card and settlement cycle, documented before anything goes live.

You go live. Bookings in your area start routing to you, and LabPass holders can present their code at your counter.
We ask every partner lab to hold the registrations and accreditations required
to operate in their state, and to keep them current. We verify these during
onboarding.

What labs usually ask
There is no joining fee and no monthly platform charge. Commercials are built into the per-test rate card we agree with you before you go live, so you always know what you receive per sample.
This is agreed lab by lab during onboarding and written into your rate card — it is not something we apply unilaterally. Raise it in the first call so the numbers are clear from the start.
No. Keep every other aggregator, hospital tie-up and walk-in stream you already have. There is no lock-in and you can stop taking Labpass volume whenever you want.
No — every lab can join. Single-centre labs are a large part of the network. What matters is that you can meet the turnaround times you commit to and hold the registrations required in your state.
Yours. Reports are issued under your lab's letterhead and your signatory, exactly as they are today. Labpass handles the booking, collection and customer communication around it.
